Refund Policy - the basics
🔹 1. Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels a requested service before the process has started, they may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to:

Written cancellation notice within 24 hours of payment

Deduction of administrative or processing charges (minimum 20%)

Refund processing time of 7 to 14 business days
🔹 2. Rejection by Authorities
Reyan Ship Management is not responsible for refunds in cases where:

Visa applications are rejected

Medicals are failed

Immigration/emigration clearance is denied

Any authority-related refusal beyond our control
🔹 3. Duplicate or Overpayment
Any duplicate payment or overpayment made in error will be fully refunded after verification. Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.
